Ms. Forbes grew up in the mid-west, received her BSN from Winona State University, MN, and completed her Master of Science as a WHCNP & in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota in 2009. She went on to complete a post-master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Hawaii Pacific University in 2010. Formerly has also been nursing faculty at several institutions with relocation requirements as a military spouse. Forbes has been practicing Infectious Disease for the past three years in the DFW area.
Emily enjoys many sports, especially Wisconsin Badgers, traveling, and time with her three boys and husband.
